Would you have the source/link for this? The phrasing to me seems like it applies to onshore applicants who, for some reason, hold a tourist visa? I've seen one or two cases of people having lived in Australia for years and then holding a tourist visa (not sure why, maybe to extend their stay), or using it as an unofficial "bridging" visa, or as a means to another visa, if that makes sense. The tourist visa typically restricts any work-related activities, as its main purpose is for leisure. So afaik, wala dapat problema. But hope someone can shed some more light on this if I'm wrong!

MARA registration number and referring to Mara website to check background is the way to go. Another tip is the first two digits of the registration number tells you the year when they registered first. The way far back the year is it means the more experienced they are. Example, my registration number is 1171933….this means I first registered with the MARA, after getting qualified via post grad in Australian immigration and law plus passing an exam back in 2011. MARA number should be disclosed on their email/marketing ads, etc, must be readily seen by clients and prospective clients.

In addition, PERAMAX also blocked me. I can't send them email anymore... I am not even harassing them... I was polite and trying my best to explain to them what was advised to me by both Banks. This made me think that they are really into something. Especially when I read the reviews on Facebook. The bank is right, they are using my money for crypto currency.

You can of course go with banks or other 3rd party institutions. Based on my experience, it is best that you do not just stick with one dealership when looking to buy a car. At least contact 2 dealerships and ask them their best financing offer. I remember when I got my car, the first dealership gave me a rate of approx. 7.2% for financing (year 2017). Almost grabbed it but I tried looking for another and I got a better rate of 5.6% (I forwarded them the 1st dealership's offer through email). Also, try to check customer feedbacks regarding the dealership specially with their aftermarket services.
Every owner of a car wash and dry cleaner knows how important equipment is for work. If you want your business to be profitable, you should buy only high-quality machines. I recently bought a [steamer extractor](https://www.fortador-usa.com/blog/steam-extractor-vs-steam-cleaner-which-is-better "steamer extractor"), and I was pleasantly surprised. It can clean the deepest dirt.

> @Wiliam12 said: > Nowadays the niche of app development has become really incredibly popular, and now almost everyone who is somehow connected with the IT industry or has his own business decides to develop his own app. A great option, in my opinion, is to turn to a mobile app development company - [Light IT Global](https://light-it.net/blog/how-to-create-a-learning-management-system-lms/ "Light IT Global") I can share my experience and cooperation with this company, and I will leave only positive feedback here. The guys did a great job with my task, and I can strongly recommend you to turn to their services. Wow. This is really insightful for me. I am a Structural Engineer by profession (one who design buildings), but I have tried creating my own app last January of 2021 and was able to create one in a span of 2 weeks, essentially an app for Structural Engineering design. App development really caught my interest but I don't know where to go from here. May I know, what trainings can you suggest if one is trying to enter the app development scene coming from a non-IT background. Thank you. **Why choose timber flooring?** Timber flooring can be installed as solid timber or engineered boards. Engineered boards have the same feel and natural look of real species timber and are the perfect options for those who love timber but need to watch their budget. The cross laid solid Hevea Core and Spruce backing layer means you can enjoy your favourite timber species for a fraction of the price. The best thing about timber floorboards is that the more you live on them, the more awesome they look! Timber flooring has an appeal that goes way beyond simple aesthetics. It’s a look and feel that touches the heart in a way other flooring types can’t. There’s just something about the look of timber that gives off a beautiful character to any space, be it a home or a business. The natural tones and variations of hardwood floors are simply gorgeous, providing a robust and warm feel. The addition of wooden flooring brings a luxurious style that’s hard to imitate, and brings up the value of the property, too. Compared to laminate it’s more hardwearing and can be sanded or even re-stained lasting for generations. It also provides a much more authentically natural and timeless look than concrete or tiles. So, pop into one of our showrooms or browse the ranges on Flooring 2 You to discover what we already know – there’s magic in Flooring 2 You! [preview]
